I ordered from supps247.com the delivery side of things was totally fine, no issues there. I was keen to give the product a go, so I used it exactly as directed for a few weeks. But in the end, I can’t say I noticed much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me personally, it just didn’t really do anything.

I ordered a few things from supps247 and something felt a bit sketchy when they arrived. The nutrition info on the website didn’t match what was printed on the tub — the calories and protein were different enough that I definitely noticed. Maybe they just don’t update their product pages often, but with supplements, that’s kind of the whole point. I messaged customer service and got a generic response, which didn’t exactly make me feel better. I’d be suspicious of the info on their site next time.

"Decent products, but the shipping was a letdown"
I ordered from supps247.com.au expecting it to show up within a few days, but it took way longer than I thought it would. The products themselves were fine once they arrived, and the site was easy enough to use, but the shipping process was frustrating. Tracking barely changed for ages, so I kept having to check it myself with no clear updates. By the time the order finally turned up, I’d already bought the same stuff from somewhere else. Not the worst experience overall, but the slow delivery would definitely make me think twice before ordering again.
"Not really for me"
I tried this a little while back, maybe sometime last month or the month before, and the taste was bad. The texture was kind of chalky too. It mixed okay for the most part, but there were still these weird little bits in it that made it hard to enjoy. I’ll probably finish what I have, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I went into it hoping things would be fine, but by the end I just felt frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them again.

I tried to place an order, but the whole site felt slow and clunky from the start. The search barely helped, and every time I thought I was getting closer to checking out, it felt like the goalposts moved again with another confusing step or page. After clicking around for way too long, I just gave up. It really needs to be much easier to use...
"Limited Brand Selection"
I checked it out the brand options felt limited to me. There just weren’t as many choices as I expected. Personally, I’d probably look elsewhere if having a good variety of brands is important to you.

"Canceling Was Way More Confusing Than It Should’ve Been"
I signed up once thinking it was just a one-time thing, but then the subscription kept going. When I tried to cancel, the steps weren’t clear at all, and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. I reached out to support, but it took forever to get a reply. Overall, it just felt like way too much hassle for something I didn’t even want to keep using.

"Nice enough, but pickup needs work"
The staff seemed friendly and the place looked fine, but I ended up waiting way longer than expected and the pickup process felt disorganized. It wasn’t the worst experience, and I’d still consider giving them another try, but they definitely need to make pickup smoother.

"Delivery took ages and no one to talk to"
My order did eventually show up, but the tracking barely updated and the delivery took longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was not being able to get hold of an actual person for an update. It all felt a bit automated and impersonal, which isn’t great when you’re just trying to find out where your stuff is

The quality seems okay overall. Nothing super fancy, but it feels decent enough for the price, so I’m cool with it.

My order did show up in the end, but the whole process felt slow, especially recently when I was waiting for any kind of update. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on, and the replies took longer than I expected. The tracking details also came through late, so the most recent part of the experience left me feeling a bit frustrated.

"Limited payment options were frustrating"
The site itself was fine, but the payment options really didn’t work for me. I was expecting some basic choices like PayPal or a pay-later option, and it was frustrating that something that simple wasn’t available. I ended up abandoning my order because checkout just didn’t fit what I needed. Hopefully they add more ways to pay soon...

The shelves were well stocked overall, and I was glad to find most of the basics I needed without having to hunt around. The fresh produce section especially looked neat and full. A couple of items on my list were missing, but it was still a good shopping experience.

Pretty disappointed with the range, honestly. I stopped in when I was already running low on a few things I usually buy, and of course half of it wasn’t there. The timing was terrible because I really needed to restock that day. Compared to other supplement shops, it just felt kind of limited.

"Okay experience, but the pricing and policies feel a bit off"
I ordered a couple of supps from supps247.com and the whole process was fine overall. Shipping was normal and I didn’t have any major issues there. My main gripe is the prices felt a bit higher than other places I’ve used, so I didn’t really feel like I was getting much value. Also, some of the policy stuff feels like it leaves a bit too much room for loopholes, which is annoying when you’re just trying to buy something straightforward. I’d maybe use them again if there was a decent sale, but they wouldn’t be my first choice.

"Recent order made me lose confidence"
I ordered a tub from supps247 recently and, it just didn’t feel right. The seal looked a little odd, and the taste and texture seemed different from the same product I’ve bought from other places before. I’m not saying I can prove it was fake, but after this latest experience, I really didn’t feel comfortable using it. I contacted support, but their response didn’t really reassure me or clear anything up, so it’s put me off ordering again.

"Takes a While, But It’s Something"
the points are nice, but it takes forever to save up enough for anything actually useful. Still, it’s better than getting nothing at all, I guess.
